I am a professional barista. I am currently employed with the Eggshell Bistro and have the privilege of serving Blue Bottle Coffee daily via pour-over, siphon, and espresso. I have also worked for Kaldi's Coffee Roasters out of Saint Louis, Rohs Street Cafe in Cincinnati, BJava Coffee Roasters in Indianapolis, and have founded Vida Coffee Co in Columbia, Missouri.

I am a coffee freak. I would love nothing more than to surround myself with those that love the product and the culture as much or more than I do. Over the last four years, I've worked almost constantly in the specialty coffee industry- all this is while I founded a coffee company and obtained two bachelors degrees. I know I risk coming across as arrogant here, but I'll go with it anyway... All this was done in addition to starting a family (wife, two kids, and a mortgage). So, what I am saying other than that I've been very busy? I could use a very serious break. Please send me to Vienna.
